Please read the instructions carefully when registering. There are three payment methods: WeChat, Alipay and Bank Transfer.
Yes you can, however we strongly recommend that you register before arrival to avoid queues when you arrive.
For public transfer, select Bank Transfer Bank Transfer at the time of purchase. After clicking “Place an order”, you will receive your order number and our bank account number, and then please make a bank transfer according to the page prompts.

The two-day ticket includes a two-day attendance fee, including a buffet lunch, and does not include transportation, accommodation and dinner.
The conference languages are available in English and Chinese, and most English sessions are equipped with simultaneous
interpretation services. During the same time period, we will arrange Chinese and English sessions at the same time,
you can choose according to your language preferences. So don’t worry about language.
After the purchase of the ticket, you receive a confirmation email with a link to invoice.

A two-day ticket is only available for one person to attend a two-day meeting and send a badge.

After registration and payment, no cancellation will be possible. Any payments made for the ticket cannot be refunded.
However, registration is transferable. The participant can transfer the ticket for free to another person by informing the event
organizer of the transfer by email at contact@tcworld-china.cn, stating the full name, email address, phone number, job title and
company name of the substitute participant.

tcworld China 2020 will be postponed due to the spread of COVID-19 - The tcworld China organizers have announced to postpone tcworld China 2020, originally scheduled to be held on 21 – 22 May in Shanghai to September 10-11.
The decision is based on the current risk evaluation of the COVID-19 epidemic by local and global authorities. According to the regular report and COVID-19 prevention notification released by the National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China recently, the COVID-19 situation in China continues to be challenging and developments in the following months are very hard to foresee at this stage.
To ensure the safety of tcworld China’s participants and sponsors, the organizers decided to postpone tcworld China 2020, and in a responsible way allow all participants to make necessary arrangements in a timely manner.
